On 27th July and again on 10th September. We all gathered for a yoga session. Yoga helps us to learn how to breathe naturally and smoothly. We had Mr. Rajesh Arora who helped us with yoga and health awareness program. We all were graced by his different forms o yoga posture. Important tips were given by him on health and also made us aware a best various diseases & there remedies with the help of yoga.
